Firmware & low-level

Bare-metal, drivers, embedded — where every CPU cycle counts.

Featured
For cases where managed runtime is no longer an option: embedded, drivers, real-time code, low-level communication. I work in C, C++, Rust and native C# when relevant. Whether it's a microcontroller firmware, a Windows/Linux driver, a kernel module or a service with hard memory/perf constraints — you have someone who speaks to the metal without throwing layers of abstraction on top.

Frequently asked questions

ARM Cortex-M (STM32, nRF), AVR, ESP32, RP2040 for micro. x86/ARM64 for Windows/Linux drivers. If it's new, we look together if I can ramp up quickly — often yes.

Yes, on supported targets (Cortex-M primarily). Good safety/perf tradeoff when the project justifies it.

I keep a stock of common boards. For proprietary hardware / prototypes, you ship it to me or we work via remote access if you have a lab setup.

Both. For production, I insist on code reviews and target tests before deployment — that's where low-level bugs hurt.
